Where applicable, final winners are selected using a randomised draw method from eligible correct entries.

4. Tickets and Entry

  • Entry tickets are priced from a minimum of £5 unless otherwise stated
  • Each ticket provides one entry into a competition
  • Discounts may apply for multi-ticket purchases
  • All entries are final and non-refundable unless required by law

5. Payments

We accept payments via:

  • Fiat-to-crypto conversion services where applicable

We do not store full payment card details.

6. Prizes

Prizes are clearly stated on each competition page. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.

7. Instant Wins / Store Credit

Some competitions may include instant-win rewards.

Instant winnings may be issued as:

  • Store credit (wallet balance on the Platform)
  • Discount vouchers
  • Cash or crypto equivalent (where applicable)

Store credit:

  • Has no cash withdrawal value unless stated
  • Can only be used within the Platform
  • May be subject to expiry dates where clearly stated

8. Prize Draws and Fairness

All final prize draws are conducted using a verifiable random selection process.

We may use:

  • Certified random number generators
  • Live streamed draws
  • Publicly verifiable draw methods

Where applicable, draw records may be published for transparency.

9. Payouts

Winners will be contacted via registered email.

Payouts may be made via:

  • Bank transfer

We aim to process payouts within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–14 days.

We do not accept liability for restrictions in other jurisdictions.

14. Taxes

Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of entries due to connectivity issues
  • Third-party payment processor delays

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for entries.
